RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Switch Nation Marketing Ventures, Inc. guarantees our customers that we deliver good quality products. Each item is inspected by our team before it is shipped out to our customers.

  • Items that does not meet the customer’s satisfaction will be accepted for returns.
  • A return ticket will be submitted within 2 days of receipt of package.
  • Items must be shipped back to the address within 3 days of submission of Return Ticket.
  • Items must be returned to original condition.
  • Item must ne unworn, unwashed with tags and labels still intact.
  • If returned item is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to the customer.
  • Shipping fee will be nonrefundable.
  • Refunds will be made to the customer in the form of Store Credits, free of charge.
  • Exchange request will not be possible but the customer may purchase the desired item for exchange using the Store Credits issued to the customer.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Switch Nation Marketing Ventures Inc. has the right to cancel an order at any time due to typographical or unforeseen errors that results in the product(s) on the site being listed inaccurately (having the wrong price or descriptions, etc.)

  • Payment Complete Orders

In the event a cancellation occurs and payment for the order has been received, Switch Nation Marketing Ventures, Inc. shall issue a full refund.

  • Pending Payment Orders

Switch Nation Marketing Ventures, Inc. has the right to cancel an order if the shopper fails to process the payment within 7 business days after order date or if the shopper fails Switch Nation Marketing Ventures, Inc. validation or security authentication.
